Cake Tulban

You will need:

250 gram margarine

100 gram soft sugar

½ tea spoon esens vanili

6 egg yolk

300 gram flour middle protein

100 ml feeble milk

1 tea spoon baking powder

150 gram fruit mix

6 albumin

¼ tea spoon salt

100 gram soft sugar

How to make:

1. Shake the margarine, soft sugar, and esens vanili until gentle. Add the egg yolk one by one while you shake evenly.

2. Add the flour and baking powder while you sift and shake slowly alternately with the feeblle milk.

3. Add the fruit mix. Shake evenly. Isolate.

4. Shake albumin and salt to ½ bloom. Add sugar to be bloom.

5. Slowly, add all the dough into the mix of margarine and stir slowly.

6. Pour into brass with the diameter in top 20 cm, down 15 cm, and high 10 cm who smear margarine.

7. Oven 50 minutes with the temperature 180° to be done

For 16 slice

RUJAK TAHU*

Tahu : Tofu

You will need:

1. 2 bar of tofu china.

2. 1/2 tea spoon salt.

3. 5 rope (60 gram) lettuce, torn.

4. 100 gram egg noodle, boil it.

5. 100 gram bean sprout.

6. 2 (150 gram) cucumber, cut into two, slice delicate.

7. 100 gram red chips,fry it.

8. 2 dinner spoon fry shallot, in the end.

8. Oil forfrying.

Seasoning :

1. 100 gram Arachis hypogala, fry it.

2. 3 tusk onion, fry it.

3. 5 chili, fry it.

4. 2 tea spoon ebi,fry without oil.

5. 1 tea spoon salt.

6. 3 dinner spoon brown coconut sugar, graze.

7. 300 ml warm water.

8. 1/2 dinner spoon vinegar.

How to make :

1. Immerse tofu in water and salt. Fry in the hot oil. Raise. Cut it.

2. Seasoning: delicate Arachis hypogala, onion, chili, ebi, salt, and brown coconbut salt. Add warm water. Mix it. Add vinegar. Mix it again.

3. Arrangement lettuce in the bottom of bowl, add noodle, bean sprouts, cucumber, and tofu.bathe with Seasoning.in the top, add the fry shallot.

4. dish with red chips.

(Tips)

- when you refine Arachis hypogala and Seasoning, you can add it with a little warm water for delicate and revined result.

Dibeberapa daerah di Indonesia, darah beku (dikenal dengan nama “marus”) dimakan yang diolah dengan cara digoreng atau direbus. Di negera-negara Eropa darah juga dimakan, namun jarang dalam bentuk marus tetapi dibuat menjadi produk sejenis sosis. Di Jerman dikenal dengan berbagai bentuk sosis yang menggunakan bahan baku darah seperti sosis Thueringer, sosis lidah, sosis darah dan tetelan, dll.

Disamping langsung diolah menjadi marus dan sosis darah, darah juga dapat dikeringkan langsung dan diolah menjadi tepung darah yang berfungsi baik sebagai bahan pakan (makanan ternak) ataupun ditambahkan kedalam pangan olahan tertentu dengan maksud untuk mempertinggi nilai gizinya, misalnya untuk meningkatkan kadar besinya (darah banyak mengandung zat besi), dapat pula untuk meningkatkan kadar proteinnya. Disamping itu, tepung darah dapat berfungsi sebagai bahan pengikat atau bahan pengisi yang dapat memperbaiki flavor ataupun mutu pangan olahan, misalnya darah kering sering ditambahkan ke dalam sosis agar warna sosis dan daya ikat air sosis menjadi lebih baik.

Darah juga diproses lebih lanjut, misalnya dipisahkan plasma darah dan serum darahnya, lalu dikeringkan menjadi plasma darah kering yang siap digunakan sebagai bahan pangan pembantu dalam proses pengolahan pangan selanjutnya. Sebagai contoh, bovine plasma protein isolate (isolate plasma darah) digunakan untuk menggantikan sebagian tepung gandum pada pembuatan roti, juga dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pengganti sebagian putih telur pada pembuatan kue.

Dari darah juga dapat dihasilkan konsentrat globin yang dapat digunakan sebagai pengganti sebagian daging tanpa lemak pada produk patty (meat pie). Produk lain yang dapat dihasilakan dari darah yaitu yang disebut gel fibrin yang ditambahkan pada daging mentah sehingga membentuk reformed meat products. Daging yang dibuat dengan menambahkan gel fibrin disebut super glue steaks dan telah dipasarkan di Inggris. Darah, terutama darah kering juga dapat digunakan sebagai pewarna merah dalam makanan.

Darah yang dikonsumsi dengan jenis pengolahan yang telah disebutkan sudah sangat nyata keharamannya sebagaimana ditegaskan dalam ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an. Meskipun keharamannya sudah demikian tegas, namun masih saja ada yang memperjualbelikan dan mengkonsumsinya.

Dalil-dalil yang Mengharamkan Darah

Sesungguhnya Allah hanya mengharamkan bagimu bangkai, darah, daging babi, dan binatang yang (ketika disembelih) disebut (nama) selain Allah[1]. Tetapi barangsiapa dalam keadaan terpaksa (memakannya) sedang dia tidak menginginkannya dan tidak (pula) melampaui batas, maka tidak ada dosa baginya. Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang. (QS. Al-Baqoroh : 173)

Diharamkan bagimu (memakan) bangkai, darah[2], daging babi, (daging hewan) yang disembelih atas nama selain Allah, yang tercekik, yang terpukul, yang jatuh, yang ditanduk, dan diterkam binatang buas, kecuali yang sempat kamu menyembelihnya[3], dan (diharamkan bagimu) yang disembelih untuk berhala. Dan (diharamkan juga) mengundi nasib dengan anak panah[4], (mengundi nasib dengan anak panah itu) adalah kefasikan. Pada hari ini[5] orang-orang kafir telah putus asa untuk (mengalahkan) agamamu, sebab itu janganlah kamu takut kepada mereka dan takutlah kepada-Ku. Pada hari ini telah Kusempurnakan untuk kamu agamamu, dan telah Ku-cukupkan kepadamu nikmat-Ku, dan telah Ku-ridhai Islam itu jadi agama [1]bagimu. Maka barang siapa terpaksa[6] karena kelaparan tanpa sengaja berbuat dosa, sesungguhnya Allah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang. (QS Al Maidah: 3)

Sesungguhnya Allah hanya mengharamkan atasmu (memakan) bangkai, darah, daging babi dan apa yang disembelih dengan menyebut nama selain Allah; tetapi barangsiapa yang terpaksa memakannya dengan tidak menganiaya dan tidak pula melampaui batas, maka sesungguhnya Allah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang. (QS An Nahl: 15)

Kesimpulan

Berdasarkan dalil-dalil yang telah disebutkan, jelaslah sudah pengharaman darah untuk dikonsumsi. Meskipun banyak dari berbagai macam kalangan yang berusaha untuk menghalalkan darah dengan cara pengolahan yang bermacam-macam. Namun tidak sepantasnyalah, bagi setiap manusia yang mengaku Muslim untuk melanggar larangan-larangan Alloh yang telah dijelaskan dalam ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an maupun Hadist Rasul. Oleh karena itu, kita harus tegas “menolak” mengkonsumsi makanan-makanan yang telah jelas diharamkan.

[1]. Haram juga menurut ayat ini daging yang berasal dari sembelihan yang menyebut nama Allah tetapi disebut pula nama selain Allah.

[2]. Ialah: darah yang keluar dari tubuh, sebagaimana tersebut dalam surat Al An-aam ayat 145.

[3]. Maksudnya ialah: binatang yang tercekik, yang dipukul, yang jatuh, yang ditanduk dan yang diterkam binatang buas adalah halal kalau sempat disembelih sebelum mati.

[4]. Al Azlaam artinya: anak panah yang belum pakai bulu. Orang Arab Jahiliyah menggunakan anak panah yang belum pakai bulu untuk menentukan apakah mereka akan melakukan suatu perbuatan atau tidak. Caranya ialah: mereka ambil tiga buah anak panah yang belum pakai bulu. Setelah ditulis masing-masing yaitu dengan: lakukanlah, jangan lakukan, sedang yang ketiga tidak ditulis apa-apa, diletakkan dalam sebuah tempat dan disimpan dalam Ka’bah. Bila mereka hendak melakukan sesuatu maka mereka meminta supaya juru kunci Ka’bah mengambil sebuah anak panah itu. Terserahlah nanti apakah mereka akan melakukan atau tidak melakukan sesuatu, sesuai dengan tulisan anak panah yang diambil itu. Kalau yang terambil anak panah yang tidak ada tulisannya, maka undian diulang sekali lagi.

[5]. Yang dimaksud dengan hari ialah: masa, yaitu: masa haji wada’, haji terakhir yang dilakukan oleh Nabi Muhammad s.a.w.

[6]. Maksudnya: dibolehkan memakan makanan yang diharamkan oleh ayat ini jika terpaksa.

Example 1:	Find the area of a parallelogram with a base of 12 centimeters and a height of 5 centimeters.
Solution:
	= (12 cm) · (5 cm)
	= 60 cm2
Example 2:	Find the area of a parallelogram with a base of 7 inches and a height of 10 inches.
Solution:
	= (7 in) · (10 in)
	= 70 in2
Example 3:	The area of a parallelogram is 24 square centimeters and the base is 4 centimeters. Find the height.
Solution:
	24 cm2 = (4 cm) ·
	24 cm2 ÷ (4 cm) =
	= 6 cm
Summary:	Given the base and height of a parallelogram, we can find the area. Given the area of a parallelogram and either the base or the height, we can find the missing dimension. The formula for area of a parallelogram is:
